With over 40 years of professional expertise in the title insurance industry, Leslie Parsley Alspaugh opened TitlePoint Real Estate Settlement Services and its sister company TaxPoint in 2005. By fulfilling her dream of owning a title company, she is able to serve homebuyers in Harford County and the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
Leslie recognizes the financial and tax benefits associated with the purchase of a new home. She created TitlePoint and TaxPoint in order to provide continuity of service and support from real estate settlements to the first time homebuyer’s income tax return preparation in the first year of homeownership. Offering pre-settlement consultation and complimentary income tax preparation for first-time homebuyers in the year they close, exemplify Leslie’s passion for sharing her experience and knowledge.
Prior to establishing her own company, Leslie worked for 20 years with the then largest title company in the state of Maryland, in roles of: Comptroller, Vice President of the award-winning Baltimore Division, and President/Regional Director of Southern Maryland Division. Leslie pursued graduate studies at the University of Baltimore. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Lynchburg College.
In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Leslie provides pro bono services to Habitat for Humanity Susquehana. She is also active in the Presbyterian Church and in her community. She and her husband, son and Izzy, the bulldog, live in Roland Park.
Bringing over 30 years of title experience, Fran incorporates her wisdom into every real estate transaction she handles.
Fran was the Relocation Coordinator for Merrill Lynch Real Estate Relocation. As the former VP of the then largest title company in Maryland, she was responsible for opening their first office in downtown Bel Air in 1983. She has served the Harford County real estate community as a realtor and was an award winning million dollar agent.
As a member of the Harford County Board of Realtors Fran serves on various committees and has done so throughout her career. Her dedication is evident as she was once named “Affiliate of the Year.”
Fran is a long time Harford County resident, and enjoys spending time with her two children and their families.
Sharon has been licensed in the title insurance business since 1996. As a Marketing Specialist and Settlement Officer, she focuses on managing relationships with realtors, lenders, attorneys and small business owners. Each client is provided with a high a level of communication throughout the process to ensure a smooth transaction from contract to closing.
Prior to affiliating with TitlePoint, Sharon managed the Towson Office of one of the largest title companies in Maryland for many years.
As a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors since 2000 and Sharon has served as coordinator for the chapter’s monthly luncheons. Additionally, serving as treasurer for the past several years as chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee. Sharon was elected Affiliate of the Year by her peers in 2003 and again in 2010.
Prior to the title business, Sharon earned her real estate license in 1976 and became a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and served on the Special Events Committee. She was nominated Realtor of the Year in 1996.
Sharon was involved with St. Michael the Archangel School in Overlea serving as Treasurer, Vice President and President of their Home School Association. For five years she served on the School Board and Five Year Planning Committee as well as the Parish Council.
For several years she worked with St. Vincent’s Center to ensure that the children had gifts, including new toys and clothes, to open on Christmas morning.
Sharon’s hobbies include gardening, travel and spending time with her children and grandsons in Ocean City, Maryland.
